We very often hear: Let it be already Friday or I do not like Mondays. What is the motivation behind these phrases? In such a case it is much likely that an interesting job is a dream and not the reality.
Think what is your motivation to like the end of each week and also to have such a distance to the begin of a week? How do your Mondays and Fridays look like? Are you happy about the approaching end of the working week? We are really always very happy! Free time, weekend, family, meeting friends, tours, resting, tranquility or activity. Nevertheless we like also in such a way the week start and job-related challenges.

We are happy about Monday approaching. Our jobs make us happy, they are pleasure to us. This is the best motivation to be happy about the week to start. Working although really essential is not only duty and obligation.

Feeling that you are always on the track. Always ahead! You do things that are useful and you see the effects of your work.
