You need a break, you need free time.Steven Covey, a bestseller author “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” calls this as sharpening your saw. This is the key habit to stay effective. How could you cut down more and more trees when your saw becomes unsharp as you do not take time to sharp it again. This works also for you – working every day around the clock and not taking a rest, does influence your efficiency and potential in a negative way. In order to recover your resources, you need a rest.
