We create the job-choice.net portal in a team of two: Małgorzata Brzeska and Monika Chochla. Some time ago our paths crossed and we decided to join and continue following one common way. How did it all happen?
First career path:
Bilingual high school, study in electronics and telecommunication, decision to study abroad, residence in Germany, practical term, professional work, conferences, first experiences in work for big enterprises, Dr.-Ing., job change, business trips all over Europe, coaching, maternity, cofounder of an IT company, idea to create job-choice.net and pracujetamgdziechce.pl.
Second career path:
Studies in psychology, volunteering, full capacity work for NGOs, burn out experience, freelancing, training and coaching projects, certain period of time with approximately 100€ income per month, event management for 300 up to 1500 people PAMI (Polish American Innovation Bridge), persistent search for the right professional path, idea to create job-choice.net and pracujetamgdziechce.pl.
Our paths could not have been more different. This is our strength. We met in one place and realize a joint project. Various paths may also lead you to the right goal.
Małgorzata Dr.-Ing., business coach and Monika – master psychology, coach and trainer.
Małgorzata Brzeska
Master in electronics and telecommunication, Dr.-Ing. in electrical engineering, coach, mentor, business manager and project manager. She has spent most of her professional life in automotive field. Starting as a research and development engineer, gained experience in project management to finally become a strategical business manager. She worked many years for such enterprises as Siemens, Continental and Ficosa. Right now she runs job-choice.net and offers business and life coaching and mentoring. Her beloved topics concentrate on strategical management.
Monika Chochla
Psychologist, soft skills trainer and coach, blogger and event coordinator. She has five years of experience in creating and conducting workshops; also in team and project management (she worked with mostly development programs and event projects). Simultaneously, she has developed a path of coaching and counseling with individuals – her specialization are such fields as job change. interpersonal communication and self-esteem. She has conducted many trainings of effective job seeking and attitudes, which support finding and maintaining a job. She offers life coaching and career counseling.
